Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Mnemix, Inc. By creating an account, using an API key, accessing the dashboard, or sending requests to the Mnemix API, you agree to these Terms.

Mnemix provides memory, caller-intelligence, and enrichment infrastructure for AI voice agents. The service is intended for business and developer use, not personal or consumer use.

• You are responsible for your voice agents, call flows, prompts, recordings, transcripts, notices, consents, and customer-facing disclosures.
• You must only submit data that you have the right to process and send to Mnemix.
• You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use of calls, recordings, caller identification, messaging, enrichment, and automated systems.
• You must not use Mnemix to make unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or unauthorized communications.

API keys are credentials. Keep them confidential, rotate them if they may have been exposed, and do not publish them in public clients, logs, repositories, or prompts. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys unless caused by Mnemix's breach of these Terms.

• Do not attack, probe, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Do not attempt to bypass tenant isolation or access another customer's data.
• Do not submit malware, credentials you do not own, or data collected unlawfully.
• Do not use Mnemix to support spam, fraud, harassment, surveillance, or unlawful profiling.

As between you and Mnemix, you retain ownership of the data you submit to the service. You grant Mnemix the rights needed to process that data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Mnemix may use third-party infrastructure and enrichment providers. Provider availability, response quality, latency, and data returned may vary. Your use of third-party voice platforms, telephony systems, CRMs, or enrichment providers may also be subject to their own terms.

Some features may be labeled beta, preview, private beta, or early access. Those features may change, break, be rate limited, or be removed. Unless we separately agree otherwise, beta features are provided without a formal service-level commitment.

Public pricing may include a free or private-beta tier while paid billing is being finalized. If you enter a paid plan or separate order, the fees, limits, and payment terms in that order apply.

We work to keep Mnemix reliable, but we do not offer a formal uptime SLA, support response time, or service credit unless separately agreed in writing.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. Mnemix does not guarantee that enrichment data will be complete, accurate, current, or suitable for every use case. To the extent permitted by law, Mnemix's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if no paid amounts were made.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, exceed plan limits, fail to pay amounts owed, or use the service in a way that could harm Mnemix, our providers, or other customers.
